Description

You will own the product lifecycle from planning through execution and release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the entire lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Manage project risks and issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prepare and present monthly status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop product vision, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading projects through planning and execution.
• 3+ years of experience creating product vision and product roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience developing release plans and sprint plans.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Current Scrum certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related Engineering field.
