Description

You will lead feature delivery for Experience Services, aligning development with the Partner Channel roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Groom initiatives into business requirements by analyzing existing capabilities and production defects.
• Componentize initiatives into executable Epics and write detailed Stories for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with partners to define user experience, conversational flow diagrams, and UI specifications.
• Partner with legal, control, and risk representatives to ensure requirements meet necessary standards.
• Assist in testing and production validation to ensure timely delivery against target dates.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of Product Management experience.
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technical mindset with the ability to understand API functions and investigate architecture.
• Proven experience driving initiatives through the full lifecycle.
• Ability to define and prioritize requirements based on customer needs.
• Experience componentizing business value into Epics and Stories.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
• Leadership experience managing teams in a non-direct reporting capacity.
