Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions for workforce management, payroll, and HR platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for integrating AI into existing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable AI models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically on AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications in enterprise software.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within Agile product management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow.
