Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions for workforce management, payroll, and HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for integrating AI into existing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable AI models and algorithms.
• Prioritize features that solve customer pain points and align with business objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle and roadmap from ideation through launch and refinement.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically working on AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications in enterprise software.
• Experience with Product Management methodologies and the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payroll, HR, or workforce management software.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and AI tools such as AWS SageMaker or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in HR and payroll domains.
