Description

You will lead the planning and execution of upgrades for existing Visiting Counting products and new product installations across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute projects following established decision models and delivery methodologies.
• Manage project constraints including time, cost, scope, and quality through scheduling, resource planning, and budget control.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks while managing dependencies between projects and the line organization.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement by planning communication, distributing information, and managing change through learning and support activities.
• Lead project teams and perform regular project reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or product management.
• Proven ability to manage change control plans and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and activity sequencing.
• Ability to work on-site in Malmö 2-3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately every second month.
• Degree of any kind (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Swedish language proficiency.
• Previous knowledge of visitation systems.
• Knowledge of Ingka.
