Responsibilities

• Develop product messaging and value propositions that resonate with franchisors, franchisees, and distributors.
• Execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Create sales enablement tools such as playbooks, training materials, and competitive battle cards.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify customer pain points and market opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, or related software solutions.
• Deep understanding of franchise and distributor business models and CRM use cases.
• Proven track record in product positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and demand generation teams.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing CRM solutions in multi-location, multi-channel business environments.
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and automation strategies.
