You will manage production support, governance workflows, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Address production issues and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and maintain SLA compliance.
• Manage DAART workflows and collaborate with legal, security, and data teams to ensure governance.
• Coordinate launch readiness and maintain go-to-market plans and timelines.
• Track budgets and oversee vendor contracts.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in product operations or program management.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Data visualization experience using Tableau.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background in program management.
