Description

You will lead the requirements lifecycle and implementation strategy for Adobe Experience Manager applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and initial client discovery work.
• Develop detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Partner with business owners to define the AEM implementation strategy and roadmap.
• Guide the design and implementation of solutions by applying functional knowledge of the AEM platform.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to demonstrate AEM authoring, site assembly, and DAM setup.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience working with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
• Proven experience authoring websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience managing requirements through the full project lifecycle using traceability matrices.
• Ability to work in parallel with backend AEM teams, front-end UI developers, and creative design teams.
• Experience reviewing and elaborating both business and technical requirements.
• Background in consulting for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• AEM Certified Business Practitioner certification.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services, digital marketing, web analytics, and SEO.
