Description

You will own the product sprint lifecycle from initial story writing through implementation and customer onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product sprints by planning and executing all development cycles.
• Write detailed user stories and continuously groom the product backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and technical details.
• Deliver customer reports to keep stakeholders informed on product progress.
• Oversee product implementation and assist with customer onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong experience in customer-facing roles and managing client expectations.
• Expertise in project management and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and story writing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
