Description

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, SOPs, operational processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Map current and future-state processes and identify where automation and AI can create the most value
• Convert business intent into product requirements, capabilities, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution intent
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, process analysis, requirements drafting, story writing, and test scenario generation
• Write specifications precise enough for AI coding agents and Forward Deployed Engineers to build from with minimal back-and-forth
• Own the backlog, prioritization, and scope decisions, ensuring the pod is always building the right thing
• Define success measures and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes
• Rapidly prototype workflows, screens, or concepts with AI tools to align stakeholders before engineering begins

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or senior Business Analyst delivering software in agile teams
• Proven ability to translate complex operational workflows and SOPs into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on, daily use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot in product and requirements work
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills, with a track record of making clear scope decisions
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, data, or enterprise platforms
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Nice to Have

• Healthcare, payer, or claims processing domain experience
• Process mapping or operational excellence background (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience defining requirements for LLM, agentic AI, RAG, or automation solutions
• Product certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or Pragmatic Institute
• Comfort building simple prototypes or proofs of concept with AI coding tools
