Description

You will act as the Agile Product Owner, bridging stakeholder needs and engineering delivery to build shared services and platform capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate product backlog features into user stories and manage ranking and prioritization to reflect stakeholder requirements.
• Drive solution concept development and maintain the solution vision roadmap to ensure team alignment.
• Collaborate with multiple Scrum teams to implement cross-solution common services with an emphasis on reuse and maintainability.
• Present work during Sprint Planning, negotiate Sprint goals, and contribute to the project’s Release plan.
• Review and accept or reject results during Sprints and Sprint Reviews, ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience writing business and functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with Agile software development methods and gathering requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL, Jira, Jira Align, and Snagit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry, Utilization Management, and Specialty Benefit Management.
• Experience with call center application workflows and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.

Preferred Skills

• Leading SAFe (SA), SAFe PM/PO, CSPO/PSPO, or Pragmatic Marketing certification.
• Testing background or technical writer experience with automated testing tools.
