Description

You will manage product backlogs and lead development teams through the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Refine program backlogs in collaboration with Product Managers to prepare for PI planning sessions.
• Update team backlogs to estimate features and stories based on established team velocity.
• Lead development teams in sizing features and determining commitments for upcoming Program Increments.
• Define stories and provide clarifications to assist the team with estimates, sequencing, and objectives.
• Develop product and technology roadmaps by influencing business and technology stakeholders to identify priorities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT as a Program Manager or Product Owner.
• Proven experience delivering products using SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Deep understanding of web service technologies and user interface/interaction.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles.
• Experience evaluating workload to drive efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
