Description

Drive product development from inception to completion, managing roadmaps and backlogs for digital products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the product backlog by documenting technical requirements as Epics, features, and sub-features.
• Create business cases, project goals, and requirements analysis for new product development and existing enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to define joint roadmaps and manage multiple workflows.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside Dev and QA teams.
• Manage risks and resolve issues in real time to ensure projects are completed on time.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Direct experience in Fintech product development.
• Experience in two or more business domains, preferably Banking and Mobility.
• Agile practitioner with certification.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones including PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed Product Roadmaps.
• Proficiency in QA processes and OmniGraffle.
• Ability to create and manage daily and weekly status reports.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience.
