Description

Oversee a portfolio of technology product lines to drive continuous improvement of business processes and product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own product backlogs by identifying and prioritizing projects within specific product lines.
• Manage product roadmaps, emerging trends, and upgrade strategies to maintain strategic agility.
• Coordinate with project managers to define scope, deliverables, and delivery cycles for product-related projects.
• Act as the customer advocate with external vendors and internal support teams to prioritize enhancement requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve complex product problems.

Required Skills

• 3 years of progressive experience in information technology and technical project management.
• Experience implementing large-scale technology solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of technology-related issues and their impact on customers.
• Proficiency in Agile, Product Ownership, and Project Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Knowledge of best practices regarding customer service and customer-oriented account management.
• Awareness of local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in information systems or business management.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Solution Lead.
• 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Agile Certified Product Manager (CPM) or comparable certification.
