Description

You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, bridging business strategy with engineering execution. You are responsible for defining the roadmap, refining backlogs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs, balancing stakeholder requirements with technical constraints.
• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Scrum maturity.
• Partner with business stakeholders, analytics, and design to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Develop go-to-market plans and track post-launch performance metrics to guide future investment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven ability to facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data insights into actionable product outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Ability to define and execute end-to-end product launch strategies.
• Effective conflict resolution and obstacle removal capabilities.
