Description

You will lead the development of a TMS SaaS solution by aligning product strategy with market requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value for the development team.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define features that solve transportation management challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders to communicate requirements and priorities.
• Iterate on UX/UI designs using user feedback, usability testing, and market analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of TMS solutions, supply chain management, and the logistics industry.
• Experience working with agile development teams using Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Monitor product KPIs to assess market success and inform future development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically within the transportation or logistics industry.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
