Description

You will own the product lifecycle from inception through post-launch adoption, delivering digital products in the Fintech, Banking, or Mobility domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the product backlog, collaborating with project managers to align on client preferences.
• Document technical requirements as Epics, features, and sub-features, providing detailed walkthroughs to engineering teams.
• Develop business cases, project goals, and roadmaps for new and existing digital products based on stakeholder input.
• Partner with engineering teams and external partners to define joint roadmaps and manage multiple workflows.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside dev and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Formal Agile certification and proven track record of managing product development processes.
• Strong understanding of core banking and open banking concepts.
• Experience in Fintech product development, specifically within Banking or Mobility domains.
• Proficiency with project management and diagramming tools such as OmniGraffle, Flowchart Maker, and online diagram software.
• Ability to standardize requirements across teams and conceptualize application workflows.
• Experience working with distributed teams across PST, EST, IST, and GMT+13 time zones.
