Description

You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams for a web-based Java/Oracle contract management application.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to develop business requirement documents, user stories, and system designs.
• Coordinate product demos, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and code releases with development teams.
• Perform SQL analysis and provide system reporting to support product decisions.
• Manage task prioritization and project execution within an Agile development environment.
• Provide testing support and on-call assistance during specific project phases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL and system reporting using Oracle and SQL.
• 8+ years of experience delivering complex Java/Oracle applications.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience in systems testing, including Unit, Integration, and UAT.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience using Jira for task and feature prioritization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
