Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience leading teams.
• Prior experience as a software developer.
• Deep domain expertise in Data Science and AI.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product workflow management.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers and strategic goals to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
