Responsibilities

• Translate high-level leadership goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Guide development teams through the product lifecycle with hands-on technical understanding.
• Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams, clients, and executive leadership.
• Drive product direction and problem-solving using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage product workflows and sprint execution using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management.
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams.
• Prior experience as a software developer.
• Deep domain expertise in Data Science and AI.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product workflow management.
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to developers and strategic goals to leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in client-facing roles or managing client relationships.
