• Strategy and roadmap of Azure platform.
• Technology roadmap compliance of all Azure services.
• Defining requirements and prioritization of Azure product backlog.
• Ensure architectural standards in alignment with security, compliance, GDPR, and governance frameworks.
• Ownership of risks associated with email platforms.
• Working knowledge on SDLC platforms (Jira, JAMA) and Agile methodology.
• Definition and maintenance of all tiers of Azure Services.
• Stakeholder, Business and Client engagements.
• ITAO responsibility for relevant products.
• Vendor governance of outsourced components and services.
• Compliance & Security
• Ensure adherence to data governance, eDiscovery, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams to manage risk and regulatory compliance.
• Performance & Metrics
• Define KPIs and success metrics for platform usage, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor analytics and user feedback to enhance product capabilities.
• User Experience
• Advocate for intuitive and accessible user experience.
• Ensure tools are optimized for productivity and collaboration.
• Agile Leadership
• Act as Product Owner in Agile processes.
• Maintain backlog, write user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Qualifications:
Your skills and experience

• Experience: 8 to 11 years
• Understanding of how Azure works
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and vendor management
• Cost and budget management experience
• Product adoption and forecasting knowledge
• Experience in strategy, product roadmap and risk management
• Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and governance frameworks
