Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive delivery within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and ensure development teams understand requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product delivery.
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business impact.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Aha!.
• Experience translating business goals into actionable technical tasks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IDP, Document Processing, AI, or process mining.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data analytics.
• CPSO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
