Description

You own and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Translate strategy into actionable user stories and requirements by collaborating with engineering and QA.
• Lead backlog management, prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize value.
• Facilitate sprint planning, refinement sessions, and demos to ensure team alignment.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption rates, and customer feedback to evaluate product success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including 3–5 years as a Product Owner or in product management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to author and refine epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, including Data Analysis experience.
• Experience working with APIs and Data Structures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Certification such as CSPO.
