Description

You own and maintain the product backlog for a new commercial system built on an existing Clinical Platform, connecting business needs, clinical workflows, and technical teams to ensure timely feature delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical and data requirements into clear, actionable features for development teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for commercial systems within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Connect business objectives with clinical workflows to drive product lifecycle management.
• Ensure timely delivery of features by aligning technical teams with stakeholder needs.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication channels across clinical and technical domains.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in healthcare technology, clinical software, or health data analytics.
• Strong understanding of EHR systems, FHIR/HL7 standards, and clinical workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML, Data Lakes, or cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage product backlog for commercial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
