Description

You will own the product backlog and drive feature delivery for AML and onboarding systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate AML regulatory requirements into product features and backlog items.
• Drive delivery of ICDD/ECDD processes, PEP screening, and onboarding risk controls.
• Design exception workflows for high-risk customers and ensure proper due diligence.
• Partner with compliance, risk, and technology teams to deliver required system uplifts.
• Monitor KPIs such as onboarding completion, exception volumes, and false positive rates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, onboarding, and risk-based controls.
• 15+ years of experience in product ownership and mobile application development.
• Experience with compliance technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AML processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
