Description

Own the product roadmap, technical deployment, and stakeholder engagement for AI agents and automation tools within Portfolio Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions, configuring integrations with existing systems and troubleshooting technical implementation issues.
• Partner with Transaction Management, Lease Administration, and Consulting teams to gather requirements, train users, and manage change.
• Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate feasibility, monitor solution performance, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or technical implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, automation platforms, or enterprise software deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate operations, specifically Portfolio Services functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong grasp of change management principles and user adoption strategies.
