Description

Own the Salesforce product backlog and drive Agile delivery of scalable CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate UAT and post-deployment validation for Salesforce initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM platforms).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Proven experience in user story writing and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating across multiple teams for scalable solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
