Description

You will define the product vision, drive the delivery roadmap, and manage stakeholder expectations for large-scale projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-release planning and set delivery expectations for new functionalities.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog aligned with overall product strategy.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure shared understanding with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering and clarifying requirements.
• Make critical decisions regarding product scope, feature prioritization, and trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with large-scale projects or programs.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
• 5+ years of experience working in an agile role and environment.
• Experience with standard system engineering lifecycle concepts and architectural frameworks.
• Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities independently.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within Federal Government (Client, FDA, NIH, or HHS).
• Familiarity with Azure, Jamf, and Okta.
