Description

Own the product backlog, roadmap, and release planning for insurance domain products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint objectives.
• Lead backlog refinement, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize product enhancements.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure successful sprint execution and UAT support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Strong expertise in Agile Scrum Framework, including sprint planning and incremental product delivery.
• Proficiency in User Story Mapping, Story Point Estimation, and T-Shirt Sizing Techniques.
• Experience with AI-driven product management, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to identify and document AI-driven business opportunities and apply Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of AI Governance and Responsible AI Principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement elicitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Agile certification or experience with SAFe framework.
• Experience with AI-powered product management tools and metrics reporting.
