Description

You will lead a single Agile team to deliver on product vision and customer experience strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team backlog by refining features into epics and user stories ready for sprint execution.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize epics and stories to drive team output.
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams and journeys to ensure seamless delivery.
• Validate that all acceptance criteria are met and stakeholder needs are satisfied by delivered experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Agile product management or similar methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Ability to partner with Product Managers, System Engineers, Architects, Software Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in product planning, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Knowledge of design thinking and Agile values.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
