Description

You will own the product backlog and bridge the gap between store operations and technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for store systems and workflows.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA to deliver solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose operational process improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and demos while ensuring timely feature delivery using Agile.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in retail store operations.
• Strong knowledge of store workflows, POS systems, and inventory handling.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into precise technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Visio and wireframing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
