Description

You will drive product vision and backlog management within a SAFe Agile environment, translating customer needs into actionable user stories and leading team refinement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria in collaboration with the agile team.
• Manage the team backlog and lead refinement workshops to estimate story value and size.
• Negotiate competing priorities and stakeholder expectations to balance near-term and long-term goals.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, system demos, and scaled agile coordination to ensure cross-team alignment.
• Analyze technical changes to map them to business value and update delivery forecasts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in the SAFe Agile Product Owner role.
• Ability to understand and converse on Google Cloud, AWS, Java, JSON, and Big Data Hadoop.
• Strong understanding of database concepts including SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience using JIRA and other agile software productivity tools.
• Skill in developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to map end-to-end process workflows and data integration points.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Industry, specifically Real Asset business platforms.
• Agile certification.
