Description

You will serve as a Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert on one or more Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and improvement opportunities while providing direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog by creating, gathering, and prioritizing stories, epics, and features based on mission value.
• Drive iteration planning, elaborate on user stories, and lead the planning for product release cycles.
• Mitigate requirements-related impediments to ensure the team meets Release and Sprint Goals.
• Research market trends and user needs to align product roadmaps and interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2 or more years of experience as a Product Owner.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and Scrum principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing product backlogs and defining technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, or 6 or more years of related experience.
