You define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Scrum teams in Centennial, CO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and improvement opportunities for Agile teams.
• Manage the product backlog by creating, gathering, and prioritizing stories, epics, and features.
• Drive iteration planning and lead product release cycle planning.
• Mitigate requirements-related impediments to ensure Release and Sprint Goals are met.
• Research market trends and user needs to align product strategy with stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and Scrum principles.
• Experience managing product backlogs and defining technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, or 6+ years of related experience.
