Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners.
• Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ensure compliance with change management and risk standards throughout the delivery process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing or supporting the delivery of technology initiatives or programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.

• Any Graduate degree.
