Key Responsibilities
• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and strategic alignment
• Elicit, analyze, and refine requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams
• Translate business needs into well defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle Cloud ERP modules and related custom solutions
• Collaborate closely with System Integrators (SI), Business teams, and AMS partners to ensure seamless delivery and support
• Ensure delivered solutions meet definition of done, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Make informed trade off decisions balancing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Support release planning, cutover activities, and readiness for production deployment
• Oversee post release validation, defect prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation leveraging Oracle platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst
• Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (e.g., Financials, P2P, Projects as applicable)
• Experience delivering or managing custom extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows on the Oracle platform
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross functional, distributed, and vendor teams
• Ability to clearly document, communicate, and validate functional and non functional requirements
• Strong stakeholder management, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
