Responsibilities

• Define, clarify, and prioritize user stories to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to maintain transparency and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to refine complex software requirements.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to advise on product features and strategic direction.
• Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and guide teams in implementing Scrum or Kanban approaches.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Workfusion, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including Jira or VersionOne.
• Agile Product Owner Certification.
• Strong understanding of iterative software development and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
