Description

You will own the direction of regulatory reporting and data governance products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to meet business and compliance goals.
• Gather requirements from compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams, translating them into user stories.
• Ensure the delivery of data governance frameworks, controls, and data lineage for reporting accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, and regulatory adherence (e.g., BCBS 239, CCAR).
• Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
• Subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting processes.
• Knowledge of data quality and governance best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories.
