Description

You own the product roadmap and drive value realization through data-informed prioritization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and navigate measurement strategies with analytics and marketing partners.
• Run A/B tests and optimization efforts across the digital sales funnel.
• Prioritize work based on organizational value and manage necessary trade-offs.
• Leverage Voice of Customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Analyze data to respond to product feedback and drive enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of KPIs for Deposits, Auto, Dealer, and Corporate business units.
• Ability to present and build materials detailing funnel performance.
• Strong capability in cross-functional partnership building and rapid onboarding.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across matrixed organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Adobe Experience Manager, or Figma.
