Drive product strategy and execution for financial services systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Align product strategy with execution, maintaining the roadmap and prioritizing work for current and future delivery.
• Manage system plans and artifacts to ensure timely delivery against resource, stakeholder, timeline, and milestone requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a matrixed team, focusing on product vision and member growth.
• Advise and collaborate with other product teams to maintain a unified product strategy and progression.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or management within financial services, client onboarding, or customer relationship systems.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Broad knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, particularly in client onboarding or contact relationship systems.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of leadership within matrixed teams, including task assignment, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome ambiguity.
