Description

Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while owning the Oracle Cloud ERP product backlog and delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business strategy.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value, customer impact, and dependencies.
• Elicit and refine requirements from stakeholders, translating needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle Cloud ERP modules, custom solutions, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with System Integrators and business teams to ensure seamless delivery, quality, and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, P2P, Projects) and platform architecture.
• Proven track record delivering custom extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows on Oracle.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, and vendor teams.
• Ability to document, communicate, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
