Description
You will manage the product backlog and drive value delivery within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the team backlog, prioritizing items to align with program goals and product vision.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure deliverables meet user needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to align on priorities, objectives, and business strategy.
- Facilitate and document business processes by partnering with sponsors and IT teams.
- Oversee project-level plans regarding scope, schedule, and resource allocation for medium to large complexity efforts.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing backlogs and prioritizing requirements in Agile environments.
- High-level understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Cloud.
- Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle journey, including Reach, Acquisition, Conversion, Retention, and Loyalty.
- Ability to define and document business processes and validate business strategy.
- Knowledge of information security measures, including malware protection and password security.
- Understanding of data privacy and protection regarding how data is stored, processed, and transmitted.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Background or experience in the telecommunications industry.
