You will maximize product value by translating business interests into actionable requirements for technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product roadmap to guide development efforts.
• Prioritize work items and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Align cross-functional technology teams with the product vision.
• Report product progress and status updates to company leadership.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate facts to prepare concise oral and written reports.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of general securities markets, derivatives, and multiple asset classes (equities, interest rates, volatility, commodities, foreign currencies).
• Experience with central counter-party clearing, settlement of derivatives, financial risk management, and regulated capital markets infrastructure.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies and development processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a hybrid agile methodology.
• Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to modify and execute SQL.
