You own the product backlog and drive delivery from vision to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring priorities align with business value.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into features and user stories in Azure DevOps.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for product functionality and feature prioritization.
• Inspect sprint outcomes and accept or reject completed work from development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams while managing multiple projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile methodology experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Product Owner Certification.
• Experience working with enterprise business applications.
• Strong Agile coaching or Agile community involvement.
