Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high quality products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements and feedback to inform product development.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically within a SAFe environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the technology or software development industry.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics.
  • Certification in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master‿s degree is a plus.
  • 10 15 years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
