Description

You own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for distributed development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate customer needs into clear product features and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with customers, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to identify, track, and resolve dependencies and risks.
• Monitor product progress to ensure development aligns with the vision and drive continuous enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Experience working with distributed development teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Aha, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with dependency and risk management within product development.
• Exposure to product development architecture and system design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification.
