Lead product area decision-making by translating business needs and customer pain points into technical requirements and actionable features.

Responsibilities

• Define product scope and business specifications from concept through launch.
• Manage, prioritize, and refine the team backlog, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and testing teams to align on roadmaps and ensure tool usability.
• Engage with customers and subject matter experts to understand workflows and extrapolate requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional environments.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience using Jira and Aha.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret government compliance regulations.
• Strong ability to facilitate technical discussions and translate technical content for non-technical users.
• Proven capability in roadmap planning and backlog management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within collaborative end-to-end teams.
