Description

Own the product backlog and drive delivery of banking solutions through Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and UX designers to ensure successful product delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with business users to clarify requirements, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the requirement lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Banking Products and financial services.
• Strong understanding of Product Design principles and Agile product development.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO).
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
