You own the product lifecycle for strategic banking products, ensuring compliance and business growth through Agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate client needs into actionable product plans.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery in a regulated environment.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct market research to define product direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum and Kanban to optimize delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or management.
• Deep domain expertise in banking and financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and building client relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-speed, regulated financial environments.
