Description

You will own the product backlog and delivery for FIDO-enabled debit card initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog prioritization, user story definition, and acceptance criteria for debit card initiatives.
• Gather and refine technical and business requirements in collaboration with design, engineering, QA, security, and operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, validation, and pilot phases to ensure solutions meet functional and security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Ability to define success metrics and monitor implementation progress.
• Experience resolving blockers and escalating risks within cross-functional environments.
• Background in documenting requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with FIDO-enabled debit card initiatives or digital payment products.

Preferred Skills

• Background in digital identity, authentication, or fraud prevention technologies.
• Experience implementing biometric authentication solutions in financial services.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, or FFIEC regulatory standards.
